Moto 360 smartwatch Price,features Leaked


Moto 360 is among the most eagerly anticipated smartwatches of the year, and after much wait, its price has leaked online.US-based retailer Best Buy has listed Moto 360, which is expected to be officially unveiled on September 4, with a price tag of $249.99 on its website. This price has been rumoured earlier as well.At this price point, it is just a little more expensive than the two other Android Wear smartwatches in the market: LG G Watch ($229) and Samsung Gear Live ($199). Moto 360 has a more conventional, round watchface, unlike the rectangular watchface of the Samsung and LG smartwatches.Along with the price, the Best Buy listing also gives a few features and specifications of Moto 360. It says that the smartwatch will have a 1.5-inch backlit LCD display with 320x290p resolution and come with a stainless steel case, plastic case back, leather band and metal buckle. It will be powered by a Li-ion battery and run on a Texas Instruments processor.In line with earlier leaks, Moto 360 has built-in pedometer and heart rate monitor in the Best Buy listing. It can withstand water damage up to 3.3-feet for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Like the other Android Wear models, the Motorola smartwatch will also be compatible with devices running on Android 4.3 or above, take voice commands and have Bluetooth 4.0.
According to rumours, Moto 360 will also feature wireless charging.Motorola has sent out invites for an event on September 4, where it is expected to launch Moto 360 as well as the successors of Moto X and Moto G smartphones.
